I listened to the presentation. Matthew is not named as the writer of Matthew but it is the gospel that has the call of Levi the tax collector. People think Mark was written before Matthew but in Matthew, a Jewish official's daughter is healed. In Mark, Jarius' daughter is healed. If Matthew was written after Mark, Matthew would have named Jarius. Fascinating that the gematria of David is 14 and Jesus' genealogy in Matthew is in 3 sets of 14 names. Ivan Panin found more numerics in the grammar and word usage of the last verses in Mark 16 and the woman caught in adultery in John 7 to 8 than anywhere else in the Bible. He said it was as if God needed to put His signature on these verses because He knew they would be questioned. Saul in Hebrew pronunciation is Sa-OOL. It does not rhyme with the gentile name Paul.
Ivan Panin found numeric patterns in the new testament verses that showed which verses from various manuscripts were God breathed. Theologians were not comfortable with his methods. The Nestle Aland is on its 27th edition. It shows the current scholarship. Panin's work mostly agrees with N.A. Panin would say that the verses he selected are all God breathed. NewEnglandBibleSales.com sells the Panin Bible and books about Panin.
Looking forward to listening later! Are you planning to write a book on patterns in the Bible? Each of your Substack posts enriches my understanding of Scripture as a cohesive work. Grateful!
